Enable Pop-Up or Desktop Notifications for Custom Workflow
I have a custom notification workflow set up for our team to be notified about certain ticket activity. Notification preferences seem to only allow "Bell" notification for custom wrofklows but we need the ability to recieve Pop-Up or Desktop notific read more
