We switched from ZenDesk to HubSpot for our ticketing and we are missing ZenDesk's Email API ( https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408839419034-Using-the-Mail-API-to-update-ticket-properties-from-your-inbox ).

Currently a single event/activity can generate multiple notifications. For example, a response to a Conversation in a Ticket can generate: _____________replied to your Email conversation An incoming email was logged on records you're following Beitrag ansehen

It would be amazing if MailChimp subscriber activity could sync to HubSpot's contact timeline. I'd like emails I send through MailChimp and subscriber opens, clicks & replies to appear in HubSpot.
