Team email account configuration - Add option to show first name only

Be able to respond to customers without using our name ?
When I send a response to a customer on a ticket, I have only two options: - Either I answer with my full username (first and last name) and my brand name - Either I answer only with the name of my brand Wouldn’t it be better to also be read more
