Absolutely, it's unbelievable that 'marketing emails aren't meant to be replied to'. Insane. Please fix this HubSpot.

If/Then Branch for workflow when email reply from contact
Guys, I have a workflow where i send 5 emails. So once the email 1 is sent, i added a delay for say 3 hours and then added if/then branch (activityt type is email reply from contact). and if no then send email 2. if yes break. But what happ read more

I want to start a new Workflow with a List, add a delay of 30 days, then send an internal email, then delay again for 30 more days. I want it to repeat over and over again as long as a Contact remains on that List. We'd like to use it to remind sta read more
