To be efficient the chat bot must attract by showing answers to clic. Could you permit us to create buttons directly in the "Welcome message" as you can see in the Intercom chat box. Now we can only create a flat text message, that is read more

Add a fourth option to pop open the chat widget directly without had opened the welcome message before Because for the moment, the option I 've choosen opens the welcome message first and the entire chat widget after. But if the first we read more
