It would be great to have the ability to customise Knowledge Base home page, for example by embedding video(s) or adding image(s) that could act as CTA to click and watch the video. With video being a great tool to learn, and with more people c read more

The ability to require users to have a login to access private knowledge base articles is extremely useful when you want to provide support to your end users with information that you don't want on the open internet. It would be extremely helpful f read more

I know that our customers would love to see greater embedding flexibility in Knowledge Base articles. Currently, embedding is limited to just YouTube, Vimeo, and Instagram, but many of our customers rely on tools that require embedded code snippets read more
