Count Globally Bounced Contacts in the Emails Bounced Property
In lead scoring, we have set up a negative attribute for contacts that have emails bounced equal or greater than 2. This helps us weed out contacts with invalid emails. Recently I noticed that globally bounced contacts didn't have any count in read more

Form submissions by week
I cannot seem to find a way to show form submissions by week without updating an Excel every week. Is there a better way?

Workflows for multiple personas
We communicate specific messaging based on several personas. We are new to workflows, in instances like this do you create a workflow per persona or do you use branching to include all personas in one workflow with branching?
