Hi team, it would be great if there was a Thumbs-up option or a "Like" option for any Comments added to Conversations (Live Chat or email). This could be a quick way for colleagues to show they have seen the comment.

I was hoping that when someone connects with us via our Chat service that I could put a reminder on the chat in the event I needed to follow them up later that day or the next day for instance. I know I can go into their Contact record and create a read more
