When hitting the text message icon on the HubSpot Ap, it takes you to your texting screen on your phone, which is great. I think it would be very valuable to automatically log that text into the CRM if you hit that icon button on your contact's page read more

When we write an e-mail to a customer we should be able to resend that same e-mail like we can forward it or respond to a customer e-mail. Now we have to copy and paste to send again that e-mail. Thanks for taking care of that important feature to o read more

I want the ability to auto associate a chatflow conversation to an associated company record. Currently it only associates at the contact level. I am manually add the company association but that's an extra step I don't always remember to go back read more
