The fact that you can't automatically push a deal close date by a set amount of time when the close date is there but the deal is not closed, even on enterprise, is quite detrimental for users. This is pretty basic functionality for a CRM availabl read more

It seems that now we can use section background and use the pattern option!

It creates quite a bit of work and allows for duplication when we have to use either company domain name or object ID as a unique identifier for companies. It would be ideal if we could set our own. For example, all of our clients have account numbe read more

We actually use InSycle to create parent-child relationships AND use our own unique identifier. In case that's helpful!
