I want the ability to auto associate a chatflow conversation to an associated company record. Currently it only associates at the contact level. I am manually add the company association but that's an extra step I don't always remember to go back Lire la suite

It would be awesome if we could assign a specific conversations inbox to a specific company so that any time we send an email on a job/ticket associated with that company, their email is the default "from" email. We correspond through many different Lire la suite

The sales manager reassigns the owner of the incoming conversations to different persons, but once you click on a conversation it is marked as read (the green dot disappears). In order to have some control of the conversations, it would be helpful Lire la suite
