One of our teams has a conversations inbox set up (they need to send from a central email not individual ones) and, when they are in the inbox and are going to pick up an email, they will assign that conversation to themselves so other team members read more

When you reply or forward an email from HubSpot, the editor does not include the email trail so, if you need to forward an email but edit or remove one of the previous emails in the thread before you do, you have to create a brand new email which th read more

AS admin in companies with more than 50 users, we should be able to manage permissions to merge contacts since it implies "manipulating" the database by anyone who can edit contacts even if he is not aware of the impact merges could have.
