Why would CLOSED deals be in the deal snapshot?
I usually aquaite Closed with Lost. Since in Hubspot, the alternative is WON. There is no point displaying the past closed/lost. I expect to see what is potentially coming down the pipe. Won/Lost is history.

Why would CLOSED deals be in the deal snapshot?

When in Settings/Properties/Deal the number of occurrences is 0 in all cases
all 0's down the column

Task Assignment NOT showing CORRECT email address
Have contacts whose email address has changed. Have merged the contact email addresses so that the correct contact is displayed when creating deals, companies, etc. Yes when assigning a task the WRONG email address displays. Example. I w Leer más

I think I figured it out. It is a USER issue. When a USER is setup, their email that it was setup with, is what appears in the drop down list. ...Leer más

Today the DEALS UPDATE was suppose to be released. Don't see it working
The announcement that dealt with fixing the frustration of having minutia of other deals when looking at a specific deal was very welcomed. As far as I understood it was to be released on the 13th. Well......... Today is the 13th and it is Leer más
