Currently form submissions is only on contact based workflows. It's important to have this available for all workflows. Example for ticket based workflows. Need to trigger automation based on if a contact filled a form to update a ticket status.

We want to exclude team members who view help center to get more accurate data of our customers viewing vs team members. Adding contact properties as a filter would be helpful.
