Hello, besides NPS via Email we do after sales calls and ask the customer about the NPS if he did not use the NPS via Email. Goal? An option to add the nps score manually to the exisiting feedback.

It would be great if we could have a custom field type that was for "time." This property would let me select the time for an appointment as well as the time zone. It would help when trying to create workflows to trigger based off appointme read more

Today call outcome and call type are optional fields for someone who is logging an activity. I need to make them mandatory so that a rep cannot log an activity without populating those 2 fields. How do I do it?
