Currently, if a module has been edited at the page-level, those edits take precedence over any changes made to the module's default settings at the template-level. This allows for modules to continue to present the correct information on the pages i read more

You should be able to clone Knowledge Base articles like you can blogs and webpages

As an A/B Test we put the content in a different order, and did see a better click rate in the B Version. Now we want to clone the B Version, put a new subject line on it and after a 1 week delay send it to anyone who didn't open the first email. read more

When a table has been placed in a knowledge article and its styling has been modified, for example my switching the borders and lines to hidden, and then this table is copy/pasted from one knowledge article into another, it looses the formatting. In read more

We need a way to build Templates in the Knowledge Base system for creation of Articles. Currently we use a Google Drive Doc template and copy/paste into the KB. Even if we could just CLONE an article, that would allow us to create a group of te read more
