How to limit the registration of emails received only from contacts already on Hubspot?

Stop contact creation on new user add
hi , When I add a new user to HubSpot all of the user's gmail contacts are being imported from gmail into HubSpot . How can I turn off this automatic import?

It’s only possible through web browser, but it can be very helpful if this function is primarily on mobile app
