We need to have a feature in Hubspot to measure Sales Response Time from when the lead is created and first contacted. Hubspot currently has Last Contact Date, however, the First Contact Date property is missing. It will be an excellent addition to read more

We'd like to throw an idea your way about adding a few things onto your social media hub. It would make the hub a lot more practical if, we could trigger notifications to the owners of the contacts when they receive comments on their posts. read more
