So far there is only an accessibilty setting for specific articles. Also the People have to register to get access. Would be super nice if the articles or even specific categories could get protected by a password to limit the accessibility. Would Beitrag ansehen

Currently have to download an email's attachments one-by-one inside the CRM. This takes a long time - especially on the support side where there are multiple images or documents attached - and would be much more efficient if all email attachments co Beitrag ansehen

Tasks that are overdue can not be set as a trigger for a workflow. That would be super helpful, to set a new status or even a next task out of it.

I feel it would be a great idea to have the ability to reply or comment to a note or task. My team would be able to communicate better using HubSpot.

So far it is only possible to comment on notes but not tasks. You can edit the original task text though (which makes no sense) and mark it as comple...Beitrag ansehen

It is currently not able to create more than one survey for each type of survey ( customer loyalty survey, customer support, customer experience ). It would be great if it's able to create more than one survey for each type of survey so that use Beitrag ansehen
