It would be super helpful to have my chat status availablity linked to my Outlook calendar. When I have a meeting scheduled in Outlook have the chat automatically set to away and when available automatically set to available.

"Expand all" button should show entire email threads for a CRM record
Currently it's not possible to expand all email communication for a record (contact, ticket, company, deal) without manually pressing "view thread". Having an option to expand all parts of an email thread on a CRM record would greatly speed up read more

Connect Outlook as a calendar
Currently only Google Apps (G Suite), Gmail (Google Free), or Office 365 can be connected as calendars. It'd be great if users could connect Outlook as a calendar. This is especially important when syncing meetings

Sequence error notification
