We need a historical log of survey responses that are deleted, or an area where we can see the deleted responses. We have multiple administrators on our account, and it could be a challenge to keep track of what surveys were deleted as this affects read more

This is very useful to us and is especially critical when on a lean shift, only one agent is staffed and we suddenly get a barrage of live chats.

We require this as well. Only the CES survey can be deployed and attached to a specific ticket/agent/owner.
