It would be really useful to be able to hide properties that have no value (i.e. they haven't been filled in yet) from showing on the default left sidebar for contact and deal records. it makes it harder to see information at a glance, because we ha read more

We have business units, and would like to be able to automatically exclude contacts from other brands' workflows if they are currently in another workflow. For example, if they are going through a renewal nurture sequence for one brand, we don read more

It would be super helpful to be able to merge contacts via a workflow. We sometimes have contacts who submit forms with different email addresses, but they have the same reference number, which is a custom property in HubSpot. We want to be able to read more

Hey everyone. A question re quote based workflows. Is it possible to trigger a workflow based on a SKU used in the quote ie. If a SKU has been used, trigger a workflow that will prompt a ticket to be raised via Jira integration.

Absolutely - you can use the filter 'SKU is any of...' or 'SKU contains...' to filter down by specific SKUs. I hope this helps!
