It would be great to enable being able to attach a file to an email where it is already uploaded to the deal - rather than having to reupload it from a different source. Makes things more seamless.

It would be great to be able to enable service level agreement criteria for tickets. We currently use workflows to do this but it is a cumbersome approach.
