List count and projected send count don't match

What is the Difference Between "State/Region," "IP State/Region," and "IP StateCode/Region Code"
Hello, What is the difference between the default HubSpot Contact properties: "State/Region," "IP State/Region," and "IP StateCode/Region Code?" I'm displaying a large difference in the number of contacts for each. Thanks!
