I need to segment contacts into lists based on their interests so that I can send them only content they are likely to be interested in. I thought that one way to do this would be to create campaigns around particular interests and then add contact read more

Sending a customer satisfaction survey after a call is logged
We want to send a customer satisfaction survey by email every time one of our agents makes a proactive call and logs this on the contact's record. I can't see any way of triggering this off of calls being logged or even for the agent to manually read more
