It would be wonderful to be able to limit the number of chats a person can have on the go at one time. (ie. set a maximum number of chats per user.) Our team, in particular, is small and has other things on the go while on chats, but we have a high Beitrag ansehen

It would be great if conversations could be color-coded based on their status. For example: If a conversation requires an agents attention it would be red If a conversation requires the customer's attention it would be blue.

It would be very helpful to see how much time chat representatives are set to available. Currently, reps could set themselves to away without supervisors knowing and ultimately reducing the number of incoming chats. In order to analyze reps effect Beitrag ansehen

This is a key performance indicator for many Service teams, I imagine that it could be a great feature for marketing and sales to win business on.

Pasting a screenshot into the chat window is a huge way of how we help our customers. I'd really love to see that ability added. Attaching a file or linking to a document adds unnecessary steps that make it harder for our support team to provide t Beitrag ansehen
