Ability to Use/Insert Snippets in Properties
It would be beneficial to be able to use snippets when filling out properties on records. This would be especially useful for rich text properties.

Time in Deal Stage
Really need a report that shows a list of Deals in the Pipeline and how long each individual deal has spent in it's current stage. I can't believe other users aren't clamoring for this... very inportant!!

Create a New Note or Log Activity in a WorkFlow
Is there a way to create a New Note or Log an Activity for a Contact in a workflow? It would seem this should be easy but I could find an anwser anywhere. Thanks for any guidance.

We could absolutely use this! I do see there are 2 different apps I can integrate, but neither allows us to have any formatting for our notes.

More info needed for "Restore Engagements"
The restore engagements feature could be so good for tracking down misses in order to create stopgaps and procedures to avoid said misses. The problem is....it doesn't give us enough information. All we can see is the activity name, type, who delete Beitrag ansehen

Add personalization tokens to Playbooks
When a rep is using a playbook, we would love to be able to drop personalization tokens into that playbook that show form submission answers right in the playbook itself. Right now they have to look through the contact record to the form submi Beitrag ansehen

Grammarly interference with HS tokens
Hello! We have been experiencing an issue where Grammarly interferes with HS tokens. Most of our tokens work as expected. However, occassionally, a token will not populate. The HS help desk has said it may have to with the Grammarly extension, but Beitrag ansehen
