Remove the automatic "New Deal" from deals
When creating a deal from a contact record, Hubspot will automatically title it as the Company Name (great) and add "- New Deal" on to the deal name as well. There is no way to configure the system so that it does not automatically do this. Lire la suite

Auto Rotate, ability to mark user as on vacation or sick to remove/skip them in workflow
We have a pretty big sales team and we require them to respond to leads quickly to them being received. If a lead sits without a response for more than 15 minutes we are not doing our work the way we would like. We use a handful of workflows to dist Lire la suite

Workflow Round Robin - rotate leads evenly & in set order
