HS Friendly Chat Staffing Service?
We are currently using OctaChat for 24/7 chat lead capture. They use their own software however, so we don't get source info like we would from HS chat. At least not easily. We're also paying for the tech when we now have HS tech to do the same job. 続きを読む

Reporting on older lifecycle statuses that have been reset
Is there a way to report on previous stages of lifecycle after the property has been reset? We have added a workflow that resets bottom of funnel contacts to Lead if they indicate they are still sort of interested, but the timing is bad, etc. No 続きを読む
