I have worked in sales, and then marketing, then back to sales with a little IT/Biz Systems in there. But I have always worked on sales and marketing alignment and since the 1990s I usually get there via CRM. I am the lead admin in a Salesforce.com that has matured a lot since it was my trial/demo org from 2009. I have been through integrations with various marketing platforms. I first looked at HubSpot in 2011 (I think they were the ones talking about SMARKETING at the time) and now I am finally deploying it as a replacement to Act-On.
