I have worked in sales, and then marketing, then back to sales with a little IT/Biz Systems in there. But I have always worked on sales and marketing alignment and since the 1990s I usually get there via CRM. I am the lead admin in a Salesforce.com that has matured a lot since it was my trial/demo org from 2009. I have been through integrations with various marketing platforms. I first looked at HubSpot in 2011 (I think they were the ones talking about SMARKETING at the time) and now I am finally deploying it as a replacement to Act-On.

Can formula fields in Salesforce sync back to a property type in HubSpot?
Hello Community, I am looking into Salesforce - HubSpot integration and I have seen that different field/properties types sync between these systems, but I haven't found any information about formula / calculated fields...Can formula fields in S Beitrag ansehen

Duplicate Contact Handling
HubSpot does not currently have a permanent fix related to an issue we are having related to duplicate contact handling. We are not able to support the feature where HubSpot moves contacts between CRM accounts in an attempt to consolidate duplicates Beitrag ansehen

Re-sync contacts that were removed/deleted in Salesforce
We keep running into an issue where a contact interacts with one of our pages and they get put in a workflow that sends them over to Sales as a hot lead, but there is a sync error because the contact had previously been deleted from our Salesforce i Beitrag ansehen

Ability to Audit (or realign) HubSpot Users to Salesforce User IDs
We ran into a case that we could not explain why an internal email notification in a workflow was failing on the contact owner ID (assigned and driven from Salesforce.com). It turned out that the Salesforce user ID (owner) passing intothe HubSpot co Beitrag ansehen

Central configuration of professional email signatures
I have seen posts about missing email signature options. We have the same topic here. We have >50 users and all should have a centrally controlled email signature that contains a general disclaimer text & office location where the respective Beitrag ansehen

HubSpot USER csv export option
I have 60+ users that cross 4 regional teams in our HubSpot System. It would be extremely useful to "Export" the list of users? I want to export the names, data sort into regions and then send out to do a regular audit to ensure any staff that hav Beitrag ansehen
