This is not an acceptable solution. We should be able to have historical data on a user after they leave. Deleting them is a terrible option.

Option to restrict editing of approved quotes
We have approval workflow set up on quotes. We would like to have the option to restrict editing of approved quotes and force the user to clone the quote to make changes and resubmit.
