Every form change is causing a "t.getElementsByTagName is not a function" error from the script at https:// js.hscollectedforms.net /collectedforms.js . Browser vendor / version does not appear to make any change to this behavior. read more

Previous posts have clearly outlined how to include form fields as redirect URL parameters on an embedded form. The solution works well and I have it up and running. Does anyone know how to achieve the same outcome, but passing the data submit read more
