Add subjects back to the emails
Suddenly Hubspot removed the subjects from the emails on the Conversations page. At first it was only removed from the editable area, but now it's also removed from the top of the email. The subject is supposed to show at a glance what read more

For some reason the subjects no longer show on top of the email. According to Hubspot this is a new feature, which is mind boggling to me. The only way to see the subject now is to click on the little 'carrot' that opens a dropdown. The purpose of read more

Automatically Assign Conversations to Custom Hubspot Owner, based on availability
Right now we can automatically assign incomign email conversations to Contact owner a specific team or list of users In our company, the contact owners are from the sales team. So we have a custom owner property for the support contact owner. H read more
