An autoresponder on the conversations inbox would be really helpful. Our customers use an email address to report issues. When an email comes in, our support team manually creates a ticket and that triggers an email to the customer to say we've read more

I want to add a personal email, a email-template, to a workflow so it automatically sends these emails to contacts who triggers the workflow. The reason for this is to automatically send emails which look very personal. At the moment, it is only pos read more
