Ability to minimise the ticket creation window midway through creating a ticket

Stop automatically closing conversations related to a ticket when a ticket is closed

Sending from alias for a team email inbox in conversations
It would be great if we could send from an alias for a team email inbox in Conversations. At the moment it is not possible. We have a couple of alias's attached to our main team email address and we would like to be able to send from them.

Creating our own academy through Hubspot ServiceHub
