Allow contacts/attendees to Cancel & Reschedule events using Meetings
Contacts are double booking without canceling their previous meeting! It would be great if they got a HubSpot confirmation email with a reschedule button on it, or if the Contact already has a meeting book, the Meetings page recognizes it and presen Beitrag ansehen

(workaround) Meetings - Choosing country code on phone field
We need visitors to choose their country code when submitting the meetings form like they can on regular forms. It needs to be mandatory since many forget to fill it in and we shouldn’t put the time on trying to guess/look at IP/ phone number. Beitrag ansehen

Send SMS meeting reminders
Other meeting booking platforms such as You Can Book Me allow you to automatically send SMS remnders just before a meeting. This greatly reduce no shows (by about 50% in our case). A hugely valuable addition for any business that hosts meetings. Beitrag ansehen

I don't mind using a 3rd party app to send the SMS, I just want to be able to program the HubSpot workflow to trigger it 1 hour before the call, not ...Beitrag ansehen

A Workflow Mapping Workflow (If that makes sense)
My idea is a workflow that maps out all of my current workflows so that I have visibility of where each workflow interacts with others and I don't create ones that affect others/can create better automation going forward. I think this kind of thin Beitrag ansehen
