Merged tickets: reverse order of ticket names in resulting note

Turn form submission into an email, for ease of reply-by-email
We have form submissions coming in as tickets, with the info (name, description, contact, email) all separated into different fields on the left- and right-hand sides. In order to respond by email in such a way that all of that shows along with our read more

Add "Create date / time" to Ticket properties
Ticket properties" includes "Create date." The option to include the time would be useful as well: "Create date / time".
