Josh Collins

Hey! My name is Josh and I’m an Architect. But I don’t design houses or beautiful buildings or even great monuments. I design Experiences. But not just your ordinary experiences. I design the experiences audiences long for most. The ones they go on to tell others about. That’s what it means to be an Experience Architect. What I'm most passionate about is creating and communicating those experiences changing and impacting brands and destinations. Whether in branding, business, church, destinations, entertainment, hospitality or travel and tourism, we are living in an experience economy. I have developed a unique ability to see around the corners to protect and provide continuity in those experiences. Ever participate or been involved with something and walked away feeling like that was one of the best experiences of your life? Well, I help make those happen. Its what I love. Its what I do. Its who I am.

Three weeks from last activity. Is anyone @hubspot able to at least acknowledge this and potentially help with any workarounds?

Hi there HS Community, We're excitedly trying out the Chat feature, and noticed that if a sales rep starts chatting with an unowned/new visitor that they don't then get auto-assigned (via the HS Owner field) to that rep. I naturally went to th read more

Hi all, We need the ability to display the "Last modified" (or "Last updated") date as well as the Article views in the article footer. As you know, both types of information are available in the backend. I could therefore imagine, for example, read more

Yes, I completely agree with this! It'd be great to have this as a standard feature.
