Thank you, will look into the Import2 Wizard. We need to refresh out data from another system without creating 100,000 duplicates!

Map an inbox email / ticket to a new contact
We have external partners send us referrals via email - which comes into our inbox as a ticket Unable to be through a referral form designed by us. It would be great if we could map these incoming emails to fields in a new contact profile and read more
