Import Contacts and Match on Field Other than Email Address
Is it possible to use HubSpot's import feature to update Contact records using a field other than email address as the primary key? Some possible options: We send HubSpot a hashed version of the email address, which HubSpot uses to match to th read more

Thank you, will look into the Import2 Wizard. We need to refresh out data from another system without creating 100,000 duplicates!

List logic for birthdays
Support rep posting on behalf of a customer: It would be helpful if there were a way to use a list to filter contacts who have a birthday on a given day of the year. Currently, the logic operates with a year, so the date doesn't work as needed.

Date of Birth and Age
We use several target groups for different ages (for example 18-25, 30plus, 50plus) therefore we require a solid way how to categorize the age of a contact. Furthermore, this would allow to send Birthday-Mails or to set task for a call. Date read more

Zip Code Segmenting
There should be a way to segment lists by email so I can target leads that are within a certain distance of a set location. I can easily geotarget with every other platform. This one should, too.

Map an inbox email / ticket to a new contact
We have external partners send us referrals via email - which comes into our inbox as a ticket Unable to be through a referral form designed by us. It would be great if we could map these incoming emails to fields in a new contact profile and read more
