Hi everyone! Marty Williams from Vanguard Group Ltd here, New Zealand based. I am Vanguard's Marketing Coordinator. We provide vehicle and pedestrian safety solutions to businesses around the country. We're making big changes in the company at the moment, integrating our systems, with HubSpot intended to be the centre of it all. We're also on our way to building a new website and creating more streams for contact attraction and conversion. Setting for "Working hours" for ServiceHub
The ability to have a global setting in which we could set working hours for our support team who is using ServiceHub. This would allow us to drive workflows and autoresponders for tickets and conversations submitted outside of working hours. 続きを読む

Signature Variations in Conversations Inbox
Our CS team would benefit from multiple signatures. At the moment they have to leave HubSpot and go in to Outlook to use any signatures that are not the one set for them in HubSpot.

Edit the default font for your Conversations Inbox
It would be great if we could customise the conversations inbox font so that our brand colours match with our signature and help us stand out when communicating straight out of HubSpot. This is currently only possible for us in Outlook which cre 続きを読む
