Enable SSO for Professional Plan

Delete form submissions

Often times we enter fake data into our own form to test workflows or we get spammed with fake accounts. I'd like the ability to delete form submissions so they don't impact the metrics.

I would put in a support ticket for HubSpot to remove the thousands of entries. Oh, my what a mess those bots can make.

Log an activity to multiple contacts

I would like to be able to bulk update an activity eg a call, email or contact, to multiple contacts. This is currently available for upcoming tasks, and also for properties, but not for an activity that has been carried out. It would be useful Beitrag ansehen

Start a sequence on behalf of another HS user

After assigning a Lead to a HS Sales User, I'd like to start a Sequence on their behalf, such that the email in the sequence has the FROM email of the HS Sales User, not me (the initator of the sequence).

Selecting ACTIVE users in portal

I have about 80 active users and about 30 deactivated users. I haven't deleted those users, because there is data associated with them and I need it to stay as it is. Now, I want to take some actions on my ACTIVE users only. There is no way Beitrag ansehen
