As a B2B provider, we work primarily from Companies rather than contacts. However, when a new lead is created via a webform, the contact is the primary source so a company is created automatically if the domain is known. this as a process works f Leer más

We had an enquiry from our website and it pulled through to Hubspot - it created the company profile and the contact profile. I noticed this morning so checked out the company page but couldn't see any activity and then I went on the contact profile Leer más

In the Form Options , there is a section where we can add email addresses who get " Notified when submitted". There is an automated email that gets sent that currently cannot be customized. Can we get access to customize this email?

this would be really useful to be able to customise the information our team receives in the email to help them handle enquires quickly.
