When you create a new action in the Chatflow, the "Save to HubSpot property" displays only contacts and companies property. I would expect that Ticket properties will be displayed as well. Regards, Yoram

It would be very beneficial to have the option within Ticket workflows to have a Ticket Owner auto assigned to the person who closes that ticket or even changes the status. Reasoning for this is my team works at different times, and in different Lire la suite

At present, if you reply by email to a Ticket from the Ticket page, using the Shared Team Email address, HubSpot does not add the Team Signature. However, it does add the Team Signature if you respond to a Ticket from within the Conversation I Lire la suite
