your new condensed view is not working for our team
Since April 12, we see in the contact details that the information is condensed, but it not workign for our team. We need to view the information of our contacts quickly and now we have to open each item. Definately now happy with this new change. 続きを読む

Project Views - Not Savable
It would be nice if you could save views in Projects, like you can with Tasks, Companies, Contacts etc. Having to add back in all the filters everytime is very time-consuming.

Folders for projects
We use HS marketing and HS services, we are starting to get a lot of projects. Currently there is nothing in place to organize projects. Would be great to create folders for projects so different teams can access their projects faster. Or it least 続きを読む

Ticket Board View: Choose which Properties are in Quick View
Would love to be able to customize the ticket board view. It would be helpful to choose properties to have in quick view versus clicking into.

Flag a VIP Contact or Company on the Ticket level
Allows for ability to make VIP's more identifiable. ie: change the color of the font or have a pop-up, etc.
