While the Meetings tool offers the ability to send contacts reminder emails for meetings they book with the user, there is currently nowhere to configure reminder emails for meetings that are booked directly through the CRM by the user. From @Sama read more

Firstly, not to have to add an existing hubspot user as a contact to be able to add them. Secodly, not adding the person who sets up the meeting as an attendee because they simply create meetings for other users and don't have to be invited to the read more

Would it be possible to get the Messages availability to work in the same fashion as the Meetings integration? A person online/offline status would be toggled on and off based on their calendar. I would even suggest giving an option read more
