We would like an easier way use a company property on the Ticket or Contact object. For instance, we would like the company type property to show up on our ticket view and freeze the value when the ticket is closed.

We are setting up surveys for CES following Tickets being closed by our support team. However, it would be convenient to be able to be more granular about who gets sent the survey. For example, we have a closed status of "No Response" and "Spam". In read more

It would be helpful to be able to automatically CC another HubSpot user/team on emails through tickets when a property (i.e. Priority) is set to highest escalation rather than manually adding them in.
