With the transition to the new CTAs all of our old CTAs are not functioning correctly in our HubDB files (i.e. case studies). Need to have the new CTAs functionality available in the "insert" option within HubDB.

I know HubSpot is not currently setup to revert a contact's lifecycle stage via a workflow but doesn't that go against the idea of the flywheel? I know we can manually change the lifecycle stage but we need to automate this. We are an enterpris read more

My customer success team likes to use colors like green, yellow, and red to indicate the health of an account. It would be helpful if we could create properties that allow us to use colors as the label so we can see which accounts are in good health read more

Definitely need this for sanity. Being able to recognize an account status based on color quickly would be a game-changer.

Would be ideal to embed a ticket on a landing page or web page. I know I can create a form that attaches to a workflow that can then create a ticket but it would be ideal to just embed the ticket. If our ticket fields ever changed I would need to up read more
