Opt out of meetings link confirmation email
Users should have the ability to opt-out of the 'new meetings booked' emails that get sent out by Hubspot, because calendars usually also send out a confirmation email and this causes a redundancy for some users.

Multi level dependent fields
Migrated from legacy feedback forum with 169 votes. I'd like to have more than 1 level in the dependent fields in forms.
