Allow reporting on usage of snippets
Snippets are used for things like call logs. Being able to report on usage will bring additional visibility to team activity/dashboards.

Bulk download email attachments
Currently have to download an email's attachments one-by-one inside the CRM. This takes a long time - especially on the support side where there are multiple images or documents attached - and would be much more efficient if all email attachments co read more
